This 14 year old female presented with a very difficult malocclusion. She had multiple teeth that failed to erupt into her mouth (also known as "impacted"), spacing between her teeth and an increased overbite. Several teeth required surgery to expose the teeth so orthodontics could be used to bring the teeth into her mouth. She wore braces for a little over two years.
