This 12 year old female presented with moderate dental crowding and malalignment in both arches. She wore braces for about two years and did not have any adult teeth extracted. The bone that carries her teeth (dental arches) was widened with braces to create room for all of her teeth. The result is a healthy, stable and beautiful smile.
