This 47 year old female pursued orthodontic treatment to align her teeth and widen her smile. Her treatment did not require the removal of any permanent teeth. Orthodontic treatment was designed to improve the angle of her upper incisors, widen the arches to fill her smile and perfect her bite. A nonextraction plan was selected so her teeth would "fill her smile" and create a more youthful appearance.
