This 13 year old female needed orthodontic treatment because she was born without two upper teeth in the front (lateral incisors.) Braces were used to create space for replacement of missing lateral incisors. In the finish photo she is wearing a removable retainer with"fake" teeth (pontics) to fill the space. Implants with porcelain crowns will be placed when her growth is complete.
